I would like to share with you a SMART Goals of everyday:
Five simple steps and characters that you have to put in mind and really implementing them in order to make your New Year’s Resolutions come true!!
S = Specific, it is very important to have a specific, detailed oriented, write things down, make your list, your pro and cons list, keep focus and remember what drives and motivates you everyday to make your goals come true.
M= Measurable, you want to measure all your goals in good, respectable and possible, the best quality that you have in mind, according to your visions, not necessarily quantity.
A= Achievable, it is always true that you want to aim as high as you can in life, remember, take a step back and always project and think what can you achieve in this new year, with self-discipline, and good, positive attitude.
R= Realistic, you would like to make your goals as real as you can. Be true to your self, and to the people around you. What can you bring to the table, to make a difference in your life or in someone’s else life as well, what can you add value, perhaps in your local community, your own expertise in life. Think about it and reward your self for your achievements as well, even for the smallest achievements and glories that you accomplish.
T= Timely manner, as you put down a date for your goals, for your execution and your target to happen. Dream is just dream without execution and implementation. Goals are for us to make things happen.
Folks, as I am writing downs my goals as well this 2012, with a SMART attitudes….remember be SMART , be savvy and be kind to one another always! Make it your BEST everyday and take actions!
